If you have been following me on Instagram, you know that every now and then I was sharing with you simple free knitting and crochet patterns on there.
For obvious reasons it could only be the ones small enough to fit the IG format.
Luckily @woollygear is expanding and finally I can welcome you all to my own corner of the internet!
Here we can take as much space as we like and you are all welcome to join me on my creative journey.
My plan for this blog is to share sketches, finished patterns and tests for them so feel free to bookmark, follow, share and leave comments on what you would like to see. Blog world is completely new to me but it is the best way to get to know each other better. How exciting!
Fluffy One is my latest make and as you requested in IG poll I did write down the instructions on how to make it and what materials are needed.
This basic design fits sizes from S to XL but obviously depending on what you are going for, you can adapt it to your needs.
Knitting with fluffy yarn is very forgiving so there is not a lot stitch manipulations. It is a quick and easy project and I can't wait to hear what you think.
Enjoy!

[If you don’t want to work a folded neckline, BO after fourth row worked on 8mm needles.]
SCALLOP CROCHET EDGE
Divide front edges into 9 (approx. 5.5cm) equal sections, placing markers in the middle where the crochet scallops are going to be.
Using three strands as for the neckline and 6mm crochet hook, start at the bottom of the right front.
Sl st in the first edge st (corner).
*5tr the marked space, dc in between marked spaces*
Repeat to the end, finish with a 5tr followed by a sl st (neckline top edge).
For the left side start at the top of the neckline and repeat the above.
There you go! It's really really simple, isn't.
I hope you like it and I hope you like this form of sharing how it's made.
